Services
Vuids provides a luxury concierge service that connects clients with exclusive experiences, event tickets, dining reservations, and VIP access. We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide the experiences. Availability, pricing, and specific details are subject to change.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Payments & Pricing
Pricing for experiences and services will be communicated to you before any purchase is finalized. All payments are processed securely. Refund and cancellation policies vary by experience and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
Vuids LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
